All accounts provided by AE Empire are Full Access (FA), unless explicitly stated otherwise. FA accounts are intended to be permanent or lasting accounts and may not be taken back by the original owner at any point.
3. Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds for any reason. All sales are final.
4. Replacement Accounts
In the event that you experience issues with your account, a replacement may be provided under specific conditions. To be eligible, the customer must record the entire process from the payment screen to the very first login and send this recording to our support team for verification. Failure to provide proper proof or incomplete recordings will result in the denial of a replacement.
5. Chargebacks and Consequences
AE Empire is strict about chargebacks. If a chargeback is initiated on PayPal, there will be consequences including but not limited to account suspension and potential legal action. Refund requests initiated via support or directly through payment platforms (e.g., Cash App) will result in non-delivery of the product.
6. Sales Final and No Warranties
All sales are final. There are no warranties for the accounts provided by AE Empire. No refunds or replacements will be offered in the event of a ban wave, as this is beyond our control.
